MotoGP world champion Fabio Quartararo is teaming up with a charity foundation to help raise funds for a good cause. The Luca Guintoli charity foundation was created by former MotoGP racer and WorldSBK champion, Sylvain Guintoli, after his son, Luca, tragically lost his battle with cancer last year.
The PASIC charity raises awareness for children and young people with cancer, and has raised more than £159,000 so far. This is a significant achievement, especially considering the devastating impact of cancer on families.
In memory of his son, Guintoli recently completed the London Marathon, where he set an unofficial record after completing the race wearing a Sonic the Hedgehog-inspired leather suit.

This charity work is not only a testament to Guintoli's strength but also a reminder that even in the face of tragedy, there is always hope for a better future.
To support the great cause, Quartararo has gifted Guintoli a special edition test helmet, which will be raffled at this year’s British MotoGP, taking place on August 7-9.
The helmet is a unique and valuable item, with only two exact replicas in existence. This gesture by Quartararo highlights the importance of supporting charitable causes in the racing community.

Quartararo was seen handing the helmet to Guintoli in a social media post shared by TNT Sports, which is the home of MotoGP coverage in the UK.
The charity foundation's efforts have already garnered significant attention and support from fans worldwide. This collaboration between Quartararo and Guintoli will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by cancer.
As a full-time racer, Guintoli currently competes in the FIM Endurance World Championship with the AutoRace UBE Race Team on a BMW M1000 RR, which runs alongside his duties as a pundit on the TNT Sports coverage team.
This gesture highlights the importance of supporting charitable causes in the racing community.
