Chris Purcell has won the Grand Champion title for the second time at the Rush Enterprises Tech Skills Rodeo, previously claiming the top spot in 2021. This year's competition, held on December 17, celebrated its 19th installment, featuring Rush technicians competing across various categories like heavy-duty service, leasing, sales, and body repair, plus a Rising Stars division for newer technicians. Purcell, representing Rush Truck Centers in Atlanta, excelled particularly in the medium-duty International category, although he acknowledged challenges with the Peterbilt product due to unfamiliarity.
