What is Eazyinway?
Eazyinway is a transport portal plus a dashboard to manage listings, ownership tasks, requests, messages, and appointments.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. Eazyinway does not take a commission or transaction fee from deals between buyers and sellers.
How does Eazyinway make money?
We offer optional paid features for businesses and sellers, such as subscriptions and promotional placements. Payments for these features are processed by Stripe.
I already have a website. Why should I use Eazyinway for my business?
Many business websites do not get consistent discovery on their own. Eazyinway is a marketplace with search and browse pages built for visibility. We structure your public profile and listings for easier indexing, shareability, and local discovery, and we focus on bringing buyers and requests to one place.
How are service providers ordered in search results?
Service results prioritize Sponsored placements (Featured and Boosted) first. Next we show subscribed providers (Business Pro), followed by free providers. Within each group, results remain relevance-based (location, category match, and other quality signals).
Do I need an account?
You can browse public pages without an account. An account is required to access the dashboard (Garage, Requests, Inbox) and to save and manage your data.
Where are Garage, Requests, and Inbox?
These features live in the dashboard. Use the dashboard navigation or open it directly at /dashboard.
What is a Request?
A Request helps you describe what you need (service, inspection, help with paperwork, etc.). It keeps all the details and communication organized in one place.
How do messages work?
Conversations live in your Inbox. If you have multiple requests or services, the Inbox helps keep each thread separate.
How do appointments and booking work?
Appointments help you coordinate availability and confirm a time with a business. Appointment details and status are managed in your dashboard.
Does Eazyinway have built-in payments?
Eazyinway is a platform for discovery and communication. For most transactions, buyers and sellers arrange payment directly. We do not act as a broker or escrow.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds are not guaranteed. Unless required by law, refunds (if any) are provided at our sole discretion. Subscription cancellation terms, promotional placement terms, and other billing details are shown at checkout and in our Terms.
Any safety tips for buying and selling?
Meet in safe public places, verify identities, inspect vehicles/services carefully, and avoid unusual payment requests. If something feels off, stop and report it.
