General
What is EazyInWay?
EazyInWay is an all-in-one transport portal for the US market. It combines vehicle listings, service discovery, secure messaging, ownership tools, and industry news in a single platform with a personal dashboard.
Do I need an account?
You can browse public pages without an account. An account is required to access the dashboard (Garage, Requests, Inbox) and to save and manage your data.
Is EazyInWay available outside the United States?
EazyInWay is currently built for the US market. Listings, service providers, and business profiles are organized by ZIP code. International expansion may come later, but right now all features target US-based buyers, sellers, and businesses.
Where are Garage, Requests, and Inbox?
These features live in the dashboard. Use the dashboard navigation or open it directly at /dashboard.
Listings and buying
What types of vehicles can I list?
Cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, yachts, personal watercraft, aircraft, helicopters, RVs, campers, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, trailers, and commercial vehicles. Each category has tailored attributes and filters.
Can I list a vehicle for free?
Yes. Individual sellers can create and publish listings at no charge. Dealers have a free tier with a limit on active listings. When you reach the limit, you can upgrade for unlimited publishing.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. EazyInWay does not take a commission or transaction fee from deals between buyers and sellers.
What is the Garage?
The Garage is your personal vehicle dashboard. Add the vehicles you own, track documents (registration, insurance, inspection), set expiration reminders, and access service history — all in one place.
How do document reminders work?
When you add a document to a vehicle in your Garage (e.g. insurance, registration), you set an expiration date. EazyInWay sends you a reminder before it expires so you never miss a renewal.
Services and requests
What is a Request?
A Request helps you describe what you need (service, inspection, help with paperwork, etc.). EazyInWay routes it to matching local providers who respond with quotes. It keeps all the details and communication organized in one place.
How are service providers ordered in search results?
Service results prioritize Sponsored placements (Featured and Boosted) first. Next we show subscribed providers (Business Pro), followed by free providers. Within each group, results remain relevance-based (location, category match, and other quality signals).
How do appointments and booking work?
Appointments help you coordinate availability and confirm a time with a business. Appointment details and status are managed in your dashboard.
How does messaging work?
All communication happens through EazyInWay's built-in messaging system. Your personal phone number and email are never shared. Messages are tied to specific listings or requests so conversations stay organized.
Business accounts
I already have a website. Why should I use EazyInWay for my business?
Many business websites do not get consistent discovery on their own. EazyInWay is a portal with search and browse pages built for visibility. We structure your public profile and listings for easier indexing, shareability, and local discovery, and we focus on bringing buyers and requests to one place.
What do "Verified" and "Not verified" mean on a business page?
A Verified badge means the business owner has claimed and confirmed their profile on EazyInWay. They can receive messages, respond to requests, and manage their listings directly. A Not verified label means the business profile exists in our directory but has not yet been claimed by its owner. You can still view public details like phone, email, and address, but messaging is not available until the owner claims the profile.
How do I claim my business?
If your business is already listed, visit its page and click the Claim button. You will need to submit a claim request, which our team reviews and approves. Once approved, you become the verified owner and gain full access to messaging, inventory management, and analytics. If your business is not listed yet, you can create a new business from your dashboard.
Billing and plans
Are there limits on free accounts?
Yes. Free accounts have limits on the number of active published listings. For example, dealers can publish up to 15 listings on a free plan. When you reach the limit, you will see an option to upgrade your plan for unlimited listings and additional features. Visit Plans & Billing for details.
Does EazyInWay have built-in payments?
EazyInWay is a platform for discovery and communication. For most transactions, buyers and sellers arrange payment directly. We do not act as a broker or escrow.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds are not guaranteed. Unless required by law, refunds (if any) are provided at our sole discretion. Subscription cancellation terms, promotional placement terms, and other billing details are shown at checkout and in our Terms.
Safety and contact
Any safety tips for buying and selling?
Meet in safe public places, verify identities, inspect vehicles or services carefully, and avoid unusual payment requests. Use the platform messaging to keep a record of conversations. If something feels off, stop and report it.
