The 2026 Ineos Grenadier has made several improvements based on customer and dealer feedback, including a more sophisticated climate control system, new standard BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 tires on the off-road Trialmaster trim, and a redesigned steering system that offers more response to inputs, a tighter turning radius, and a quicker return-to-center after a turn. The changes are both mechanical and software-based, with a different worm gear in the steering box that allows for a quicker ratio in the middle of the steering arc.
This results in a firmer turn on pavement or dirt, making parking the Grenadier considerably easier. The new system also improves the turning circle by about 5 percent compared to the 2025 models, now to about 42 feet for the SUV and 45 feet for the Quartermaster.
In addition to these changes, the 2026 Grenadiers have upgraded driver fatigue monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and a speed warning that can be turned off with a one-button press. The exterior design remains largely unchanged, with the only visual differences being additional daytime running lights, a new headlamp design, and the KO3 tires on models equipped with the Rough Pack option.
The interior design is still considered bare-bones chic, but there are new map pockets on the backside of the front Recaros and a larger rearview mirror. 0-liter inline-six offering the perfect amount of low-end grunt and hums along quietly at freeway speeds.
