As promised, Hameedi Venturo is back with more details about its inaugural product, the all-terrain hypercar dubbed Project Origine. The company, headed by automotive engineering veteran Jamal Hameedi, has confirmed that the program now has a name and some key specifications.
The engine powering this evolution of a Group B rally car will be a naturally aspirated V-12, designed with progressive power delivery and absolute sonic clarity across a broad operating range. This new design is expected to come from Cosworth, one of the company's principals' affiliated board member.
Hameedi Venturo defines its version of luxury as providing direct tactility and clarity of feedback, reinforcing mechanical honesty while maintaining comfort and composure over extended use. The suspension system has been designed first, with an adjustable long-travel suspension to ensure a hypercar silhouette that can handle any environment.
The car will feature a load-fused carbon structure with aluminum elements to spread out big forces from events like jumps, minimizing damage to the chassis and aiding in repairability. A select few clients will be given a backstage pass to Project Origine's gestation, including invitations to validation activities such as desert, forest, snow, ice, and racetracks.
First deliveries are expected until 2030, with Italy serving as both the development and assembly location.
