In an era where off-road vehicles are gaining immense popularity, luxury automakers like Bentley are taking note. The company is reportedly considering the creation of its own off-roader, and the recently unveiled Bentley X concept provides a glimpse into this potential production model.
Built for the FAT Ice Race in Austria, the X concept is a more rugged version of the 641-hp Bentayga Speed. With its widened track width and increased ride height, the car boasts over a foot of ground clearance.
Despite this, it still retains the production car's air suspension and anti-roll bars. The X concept rides on forged 22-inch wheels from specialty manufacturer Brixton, which Bentley wrapped with a set of knobby all-terrain tires.

7 inches. However, this still falls short of stock off-roaders like the Land Rover Defender and the Mercedes-Benz G550.
The X concept features various visual changes, including partnership decals and an electric go-kart on the roof. These additions suggest that Bentley is serious about creating a capable off-road vehicle.
As the automotive industry continues to evolve, it will be interesting to see if the Bentley X concept becomes a production reality.

The Bentley X concept represents a significant shift in the company's strategy, as it moves away from its traditional luxury sedan and SUV offerings towards more rugged and adventurous vehicles. This could signal a new direction for the brand, one that prioritizes off-road capability and versatility.
