Firefly Integrations has announced the availability of its new multiplex control system, Firefly Spark, designed for RV manufacturers looking to integrate smart control features into their entry-level lineups. With optional energy management system (EMS) monitoring through Victron Energy Cerbo GX integration, Spark offers a simplified solution for brands seeking reliable smart technology without extensive development time and custom integration costs.

The system addresses the challenge of delivering smart features while maintaining production efficiency and controlling costs, providing an off-the-shelf solution that is production-ready, dealer-friendly, and offers modern touchscreen and mobile app experiences. Firefly Integrations' vice president of sales, Mike Butler, notes that OEMs are primarily concerned with finding a quick solution to implement smart features without disrupting production.

The new system features a responsive automotive-grade touchscreen, wireless switch panels, and the RV+ mobile app with local or remote connectivity, along with on-screen diagnostics for streamlined troubleshooting and built-in help pages to minimize training requirements. Spark now offers optional integration with the Victron Energy Cerbo GX, enabling advanced energy monitoring directly on the Spark touchscreen and RV+ app.

The system supports up to nine light zones, three RV-C ACs, three slideouts, three RV-C vent fans, one awning, tank monitoring including LP, water pump, hot water, and four additional auxiliary inputs. Firefly Spark is available in three configurations: head unit with built-in screen, head unit without screen (requiring the RV+ module), or head unit with a 7-inch detached screen.

The company's 25-year experience in refining smart RV control systems has led to the development of Spark, which represents everything they've learned about what OEMs need: fast deployment, reliable operation, and features that help dealers sell more units. With its simplified configuration options and production-ready design, Firefly Spark is an ideal solution for brands seeking to introduce reliable smart technology into their entry-level lineups.
