Harvest Hosts has announced the launch of CampOuts, a new series of ticketed, small-group events designed to offer RVers deeper, more immersive experiences at a variety of Host locations. These events mark a new evolution in the Harvest Hosts experience, expanding beyond overnight stays into fully immersive travel moments.

CampOuts are curated, multi-day gatherings where a limited number of RV travelers can stay on-site and enjoy an exclusive experience with behind-the-scenes access, special activities and meaningful connections with both Hosts and fellow members. This new format allows for more in-depth exploration of the Host location and its surroundings.

The events are thoughtfully designed in partnership with individual Host locations, ensuring a unique and authentic experience tailored to the setting. Each CampOut is limited to 50 RVs, making it an intimate and exclusive experience for attendees.

Members are encouraged to reserve early to secure their spot and take part in these one-of-a-kind experiences. With only two inaugural events taking place Memorial Day Weekend, space is already filling up quickly.

The first event, the DuCard Vineyards CampOut, will take place at the eastern edge of the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. Guests will have exclusive access to the property, curated tastings, and opportunities to learn more about the winemaking process directly from the team.

Pricing for the DuCard Vineyards CampOut is $100 per adult ticket, with kids under 12 years old admitted free. The event promises to be a memorable experience for wine enthusiasts and families alike.

The second event, the Tuffs Ranch Western Adventure CampOut, will take place in Colorado and offers a fun-filled itinerary for families. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with animals such as cattle, chickens, alpacas, lambs, emus, goats, and pigs throughout the ranch.

Both events are designed to be fun for the whole family, with activities such as storytimes, blacksmithing experiences, wool spinning, cheesemaking, farming activities, and more. The Tuffs Ranch CampOut is perfect for families looking for a unique Memorial Day weekend getaway.

By offering these immersive experiences, Harvest Hosts is catering to the growing demand for unique travel experiences that go beyond traditional RV stays. With CampOuts, RVers can now enjoy a more in-depth exploration of the Host location and its surroundings, making for unforgettable memories.
