Jayco Family of Companies has completed production of a new unified sales facility on the Middlebury, Indiana campus. The state-of-the-art complex was started in October 2025 and finished in May 2026. The nearly 20,000-square-foot facility is designed to accommodate the various sales departments for all five Jayco brands: Jayco towables, Jayco motorized, Entegra Coach, Heartland RV, and Open Range RV.

The unified sales center will allow Jayco to take its internal collaboration efforts to the next level. By consolidating its sales teams under one roof, the company aims to improve communication and workflow among employees. This, in turn, is expected to enhance the overall customer experience for dealer partners and end-users alike.

The new facility boasts modern offices, conference rooms, and a training space that can accommodate up to 70 people. The design incorporates Jayco's key color schemes, historical corporate timelines, company artifacts, and lifestyle imagery of its RV products. A war room and breakroom are also part of the facility's amenities.
