Ray Citte RV in Utah Celebrates 80 Years in Business
In 1942, Ray Citte arrived in the Ogden area and started working at Defense Depot Ogden. He eventually began a used car lot in Ogden, which would later expand to multiple locations.
The late Ray Citte's son Neil Citte said that selling RVs was a natural fit for his father, who enjoyed outdoor activities such as hunting and camping.

Neil Citte explained that his father had the opportunity to sell motorhomes and trailer business, which he jumped into with enthusiasm.
Ray Citte eventually transitioned from selling used cars to full-time RV sales in the late 1960s.
Trent Citte, grandson of Ray and current general manager, said that the dealership has been part of many families' vacations, retirements, and hunting trips.
The business has continued under the Citte family's leadership despite facing challenges such as oil crises and recessions.
Trent Citte emphasized that the dealership is about more than just selling recreation vehicles, but rather creating lasting memories for customers.
As the business looks to the future, Trent Citte expressed gratitude for his grandfather and father's legacy and commitment to the family-owned business.
