Headcount remained relatively stable at around 10,374 employees worldwide (previous year: 10,680). This suggests that Eberspaecher is continuing to invest in its workforce and adapt to changing market demands. The company's international presence also remains a key strength, with around 40 production sites in more than 30 countries.

Eberspaecher is expanding its reach into new business areas beyond the automotive industry. The company has secured partnerships with Danish company Topsoe and Dutch specialist Zeliox to develop innovative products such as hydrogen production systems and energy storage solutions.
