Pouliot joins the company with an impressive two-decade track record on the vendor side of the RV industry, having previously served as president of Thetford's North American operations.

This appointment comes after Thetford acquired Dave Carter & Associates, Inc. in October 2025, which shifted Thetford's North American business to DCA. As part of this acquisition, Pouliot was tasked with leading the consumer-direct company into its next chapter of growth and innovation.

The RV Factory has announced that Oscar Montei Baez will take over operations of the factory floor, ensuring that manufacturing processes continue to meet high standards of quality. This move is expected to further solidify The RV Factory's commitment to operational excellence.

Ean Frederick has taken on the role of lead engineer, providing extensive technical knowledge to execute fine details in coach construction. His two-decade experience in the RV industry makes him an ideal candidate for this position.
