The RV Industry Association's Emerging Leaders Coalition held a graduation and induction ceremony at its 2026 Leadership Conference, honoring both the newest graduates and the incoming Class of 2026. The ceremony recognized the graduating class of 2026, with each member receiving a certificate and a pin. Notably, Robert Kowalcyzk, Director of Operations at REV Group, Inc, and Alex Walker, Vice President of Sales & Customer Service at Blue Ox, were also part of this year's graduating class and were acknowledged on screen. This recognition highlights the growing talent pool within the RV industry, which is essential for driving innovation and growth.

Kyle Correa-Brady, RV Industry Association Assistant General Counsel and Emerging Leaders Coalition Staff Liaison, stated that the graduating class has built a strong foundation for the future of the Coalition and the industry. Chair Ryan Elias, president and general manager of Leisure Travel Vans / Triple E RV, was also celebrated during the ceremony. The Coalition is grateful for his leadership as he concludes his tenure as Emerging Leaders Coalition Chair this year.

Catherine Barsanti, RV Industry Association Senior Manager of Creative and Emerging Leaders Coalition Staff Liaison, noted that the application process was comprised of an impressive pool of industry talent, with the largest pool of applicants to date.
