Following a successful kickoff to the year, Firefly Integrations is shifting its focus to the Northeast, highlighting the upcoming Buffalo, New York, session of the Firefly Training Academy on Feb. 11. As part of a nationwide expansion, this hands-on program continues to provide RV professionals with the technical expertise needed to master modern coach control systems.

Designed specifically for service technicians and dealership staff, the Academy moves beyond theory into practical, real-world applications. Attendees will engage in approximately six hours of intensive, instructor-led coursework. Furthermore, participants can earn RV Technical Institute (RVTI) Level 3 continuing education credits upon completion.

The training program is designed to equip professionals with the skills required to work effectively with modern coach control systems. By providing a comprehensive learning experience, Firefly Integrations aims to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of its customers' operations. While the Buffalo session is the immediate priority for Feb.
