Xpeng Boosts Product Lineup with Multiple New Filings

Xpeng significantly expands its product lineup with multiple new filings, including the G9L, L05, and L03 SUVs. The company aims to boost overall vehicle sales by continuing its dual-powertrain strategy.

The filed models include battery electric vehicle (BEV) and extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) variants, further solidifying Xpeng's position in the rapidly growing EV market.

The G9L is a large SUV measuring 5,120 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,782 to 1,795 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,100 mm.

This expansion is part of Xpeng's efforts to increase its market share and compete with other major EV manufacturers.

The new models are expected to be officially launched later this year, with pre-orders for the G9L already underway.

Xpeng's dual-powertrain strategy has proven successful in the past, particularly among domestic rivals such as Li Auto.

The company hopes to replicate the success of its Mona M03 sedan, which delivered over 175,000 units throughout 2025.

The expansion also comes ahead of Xpeng's new flagship SUV, the GX, which is set to launch soon.

Xpeng's aggressive product expansion strategy aims to alleviate consumers' range anxiety and increase sales in a highly competitive market.
