Cody 'WhistlinDiesel' Detwiler, a popular YouTuber, is facing more than just internet fame these days. The YouTube personality is now locked in a legal standoff with the State of Tennessee, accused of tax evasion. Following a second arrest, Detwiler says the conflict is far from over.

The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office has confirmed Detwiler was indicted on charges of tax evasion and filing a false sales tax return.
